QUALITY, SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK POLICY

FABERTIME, in its constant concern to ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality, Safety and Health Management System at Work (SGQS), defines the following as its main objectives and strategic lines of action:

Perform the service with Quality in order to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting their needs and expectations, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards and applicable legislation;
To maintain our technical and human resources, infrastructures and environment adequate and updated for the operationalization of processes that enable an effective and efficient response to customer needs and expectations;
Promote a responsible behavioural culture regarding Safety and Health at Work, preventing occupational injuries and diseases, providing safe and healthy workplaces;
Affirm the commitment to satisfy legal requirements and other requirements applicable to the organisation;
Assume the commitment to eliminate dangers and reduce risksfor Safety and Health at Work;
Stimulate the consultation and active participation of all employeeson Safety and Health at Work, in order to be involved in the development and improvement of working conditions, being an integral part of productive solutions, with the aim of reducing accidents and incidents;
Ensure training and information,aiming at the continuous improvement and development of the skills of all employees;
Promote the awareness of all employees about Qualityso that, in their activity, they meet the requirements of customers and ensure Safety and Health at Work of all stakeholders;
To regularly analyse the performance of our processes, by monitoring the defined objectives and assessing the impact on customers, particularly with regard to their satisfaction, in order to trigger actions aimed at the commitment to continuously improve the performance of the services provided and the effectiveness and efficiency of the SGQS;

FABERTIME’s Management assumes the commitment and responsibility to enforce the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards and use them as a factor to promote Quality, Safety and Health at Work.
